Synopsis:

Maria, a young mestiza girl, sells necklaces in a public plaza of a Mexican city. One day, a foreigner asks her to guide him into the desert… Two people without anything in common on a trip to the heart of the Mexican desert…

Biografía:

Jean-Marc Rousseau Ruiz, nació en San Luis Potosí, México, de padre francés y madre mexicana. En 1996 emigra a Francia y cursa estudios cinematográficos. En 2005, su cortometraje de fin de cursos fue seleccionado en el Festival de Film. Actualmente trabaja en la escritura de su primer largometraje con el que ganó el premio al proyecto “1994” durante el pasado Festival de Biarritz.
